We are aware that finding the right ring size from the get-go can be difficult, especially when the ring is a surprise. As part of the My Diamond Ring Guarantee, we offer one free ring size change and one free engraving on all of our engagement rings and wedding bands.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must be sent back in its original unworn condition and original packaging. The purchase price will be refunded in full. The costs for return shipping are to be covered by the customer.
Please note that rings you have customised or rings with exclusive designs are excluded from our 30-day return policy and from an exchange.

This guarantee applies exclusively to engagement rings. Wedding bands do not benefit from it.
